摘　　要：在2011年年末举办的"吉林省高校图书馆首届文献检索课教学比赛"活动中,一批优秀中青年教师脱颖而出,展示了良好的业务素养与职业风尚,但同时也显露了一些问题。详细介绍了这次比赛的情况,并对存在的问题进行了探讨。In the first teaching contest of literature retrieval course of the libraries of colleges and universities of Jilin province held at the end of 2011, a batch of outstanding young and middle-aged teachers, who came to the fore, showed the good business quality and professional fashion, and at the same time also appeared some problems. This paper introduces in detail the situation of this teaching competition, and probes into some problems existing in it.
