摘　　要：面对我国高校"功利性阅读"与"快餐式浅阅读"的现象,海南大学图书馆紧抓人力资源和文献资源建设,在提升高校阅读文化方面做出了积极的探索与实践。Facing the phenomena of ＂utilitarian reading＂ and ＂fast food type shallow reading＂ in China＇s colleges and universities, the library of Hainan University grasps the construction of human resources and literature resources, and has made the positive exploration and practice in improving the reading culture in colleges and universities.
