摘　　要：面对读者信息需求的多元化、层次化、专业化,如何为读者提供全方位的服务,成为高校图书馆情报咨询人员面临的重要任务。论述了网络环境下高职院校图书馆情报咨询工作存在的问题和不足,结合实际,提出了强化图书馆情报咨询工作的措施。Facing the diversified, hierarchical and specialized information demands of readers, how to provide all- round services has become an important task of university library＇s information consultation staffs. This paper briefly discusses some problems and shortages existing in the information consultation service of the library of higher vocational college, and connecting with the practice, puts forward some measures for strengthening the information consultation service of the library.
