摘 要:采用Arrhenius方程,研究了家居清洁产品性能的稳定性。通过45℃和35℃加速试验,25℃或常温作参照试验,测试了样品的香味时间,消泡剂失效时间,黏度、有效氧降低至不可接受值时间。发现25℃或常温作参照有效期实验值接近由SL25℃=SL235℃/SL45℃计算出的理论值,最大偏差不会超过30%。结果表明,由Arrhenius方程推导出来的有效期预测公式SL25℃=SL235℃/SL45℃,适用于家居清洁产品稳定性预测。This paper studied the performance stability of household cleaning products using the Arrhenius equation. Different time points of samples, such as fragrance losing time, defoaming time, the time when viscosity and available oxygen dropped to an unacceptable value, were tested at 45 ℃ and 35 ℃ as accelerating condition and 25 ℃ or room temperature as reference. It found out that tested validity time of samples based on 25 ℃ or room temperature as reference are close to the calculated, theoretical value of the equation SL25℃ = SL^2_35℃/SL45℃. The maximum deviation between the tested time and calculated value does not exceed 30%. The results showed that the validity prediction formula derived from Arrhenius equation SL25℃= SL^2_35℃ / SL45℃ is suitable for the stability prediction of household cleaning products.
