灰树花浸膏粉的生产及其化学成分分析

摘　　要：采用热水提取、真空浓缩和喷雾干燥等工艺生产灰树花浸膏粉。分析结果表明 :灰树花浸膏粉中的水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、总糖、粗多糖和灰分等的含量分别为 7.6 4% ,2 3.96 % ,0 .2 7% ,48.0 5 % ,2 4.5 5 %和 6 .95 % ,而粗纤维成分含量小于 0 .4% ;灰树花浸膏粉含有丰富的矿质元素磷 (2 .1 6mg/g) ,钙、镁、锌、铁、锰、铜等人体必需营养素分别为 430 μg/g ,970 μg/g ,5 6 μg/g ,83.1 μg/g ,7.3μg/g和 9.7μg/g ;其 1 8种氨基酸总量每百克为1 2 .6 6mg ,其中必需氨基酸约占全氨基酸含量的 41 % ,此外还含有每百克为 2 6 6 .83mg的牛磺酸。检验结果还表明A kind of technique, extraction with hot water and concentration and spray-drying under vacuum condition, was applied to produce the extract powder of Grifola frondosa. The analytic results showed that the content of crude protein, crude fat, total carbohydrate, crude polysaccharide, ash and crude fiber were 7.64%, 23.96% , 0.27%, 48.05%, 24.55%,6.95% and less than 0.4% respectively. This extract powder was abundant in mineral element: P 2 .16mg/g, Ca 430μg/g, Mg 970μg/g, Zn 56μg/g, Fe 83.1μg/g, Mn 7.3μg/g and Cu 9.7μg/g. Eighteen kinds of amino acids, totalled 12.66mg/100mg were chacked out and the ratio of essential amino acids was 41.0%. In addition, 266.83mg/100g Taurine was checked out. Clinical test results showed that heavy mental elements and microbial quantity of the extract powder were coincided with the hygienic standard.
