摘  要:采用溶剂诱导分相微萃取/反相液相色谱法测定牛奶中炔雌醇、己烯雌酚和双烯雌酚三种雌激素。色谱条件为:Diamonsil C18柱(5μm,250×4.6i.d.),柱温:室温;甲醇∶乙腈∶水(体积比20∶40∶40)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min;检测波长230nm。考察了萃取剂和诱导剂用量对回收率的影响。炔雌醇、己烯雌酚和双烯雌酚在0.5-100mg/L范围内有良好线性,回收率在80.2-87.9%之间。相对标准偏差低于4.9%。A method based on solvent-induced phase separation microextraction/liquid chromatography was used for determination of the three estrogens in milk. A Diamonsil C18 (5μm,250×4.6i.d) was used for separation of the target compounds. Mobil phase is 20:40:40 (v/v) methanol:acetonitrile:water. The flow rate is 1.0mL/min and the wavelengths of UV detector are 230nm. The factors relevant to recoveries, such as the amount of extractant and in- ducer were investigated and optimized. The linearity was good in the range of 0.5-100mg/L. The average recovery of the compounds ranged from 80.2% to 87.9%. The relative standard deviations were less than 4.9%.
