特定穴体针配合耳揿针缓解胰腺癌疼痛和抑郁的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨短期针刺缓解胰腺癌疼痛和抑郁的疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的住院患者分为两组,针刺组(31例)给予最佳药物止痛治疗和1周特定穴体针配合耳揿针的镇痛治疗,药物组(37例)仅接受最佳药物止痛治疗。采用疼痛11点数字评分法(NRS-11)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表-6(HAMD-6)评分观察比较两组患者疼痛强度和抑郁水平的变化。结果两组NRS-11评分治疗前后比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组疼痛疗效经Rid-it分析差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗前HAMD-6总分及子条目比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1周后两组HAMD-6总分及子条目比较差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论短期针刺不能缓解胰腺癌疼痛和改善抑郁水平。Objective To explore the short - term effect of acupuncture for treating pain and depression in pancreatic cancer patients. Methods The hospitalized patients who meet the inclusion criteria were divided into acupuncture group （ n = 31 ） receiving one week treatments of specific body and auricular acupuncture therapies, and drug group （n = 37） receiving opti- mal drug analgesic therapy （ODAT）. The changes of pain and depression were evaluated by using the 11 - point numeric rating scale （ NRS - 11） and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale - 6 items （ HAMD - 6 ） , the results of the two groups were com- pared. Results The differences in NRS - 11 score before and after the treatment between the two groups showed no statistical sig- nificance （P 〉 0. 05）, and so did the difference in pain effect between the two groups through Ridit analysis （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The differences in total and factional scores of HAMD - 6 before the treatment between the two groups showed no statistical significance （P 〉 0. 05）, and so did the differences one week after the treatment （P 〉 0.05） . Conclusion A short term acupuncture thera- py could not alleviate the pain and depress level in pancreatic cancer patients.
