手术肿瘤切除辅助局部热化疗治疗脑胶质瘤的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨手术辅助局部热化疗在治疗脑胶质瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2009。2010年在我院进行治疗的脑胶质瘤手术治疗的患者100例的临床资料。其中45例采用单纯肿瘤切除术治疗，55例患者采用肿瘤切除术辅助局部热化疗治疗。随访3年，比较随访0．5、1、2、3年两组患者的生存率。结果肿瘤级别为I级的患者，在术后3年时随访，联合组患者的存活率显著高于单纯组的患者（P〈0．01）。病理级别为Ⅱ。Ⅲ级的患者，而在术后3年随访，单纯组患者生存率为0，联合组的生存率为75．6％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01）。病理级别为Ⅳ级的患者，术后6个月随访，单纯组的生存率为0，手术切除联合热化疗的患者生存率为50％，1年时的生存率为12．5％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论手术切除辅助热化疗治疗脑胶质瘤，能够显著提高患者近期及远期的生存率，值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of surgery assisted local thermal chemotherapy in the treatment of brain glioma. Methods Clinical data of 100 patients who received brain glioma surgical treatment in our hospital from 2009 to 2010 were analyzed retrospectively,of which 45 patients received simple tumor resection and 55 patients received tumor resection assisted local thermal chemotherapy. After 3 years of follow-up,the 0.5-year,1- year,2-year and 3-year survival rates of the two groups were compared. Results For patients with grade I tumor,the postoperative 3-year follow-up showed that the combination group had significantly higher survival rate than the simple group （P 〈 0.01）.For patients with grade II to grade Ill tumor,the postoperative 3-year follow-up showed that the survival rate of the simple group was 0 and that of the combination group was 75.6%, with significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）.For patients with grade IV tumor, the postoperative 6-month follow-up showed that the survival rate of the simple group was 0 and that of the combination group was 50% and the 1-year follow- up showed that the survival rate of the combination group was 12.5%, with significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion In the treatment of brain glioma,surgery assisted thermal chemotherapy can effectively improve the patients＇ long-term and short-term survival rates,thereby worthy of clinical promotion.
