联合手术、术中后区域化疗、中药治疗胰腺癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的分组对比研究联合手术、术中、术后区域性化疗及中药辅助治疗胰头癌的效果。方法研究对象为我院2001年～2011年手术及综合治疗105例胰头癌患者,按治疗方法分为3组,A组Whipple手术或不完全D2切除、术中后区域化疗及术后中药治疗。B组Whipple手术或不完全D2切除、术中后区域化疗,C组Whipple手术或不完全D2切除。结果 A、B、C3组间,A组与B组之间,B组与C组之间比较1年术后生存率差异均有统计学意义。相同方法检验后结果,A、B、C组间,A组与B组之间比较,B组与C组之间比较,患者术后3、5年生存率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论组建联合治疗团队采用根治性手术,术中后区域性化疗及术后中药治疗能明显提高1、3、5年生存率。Objective To study the eiiect ot surgery,lntraopercombined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatmeant of patients with pancreatic head cancer. Methods 105 patients with pancreatic head cancer who were given operation and comrehensive treatment in our hospital during 2001-2011,they were divided into 3 groups according to the treatment,which were group A（Whipple operation or incomplete D2 resection,and intraoperative and postoperative regional chemotherapy,combined with traditional Chinese medicine）,group B（Whipple operation or incomplete D2 resection,and intraoperative and postoperative regional chemotherapy）and group C（only Whipple operation or incomplete D2 resection）. Results There were significant differnces in survival rates of 1-year between group A and group B,group B and group C.The results tested by the same method,there were also significant differences in survival rates of 3 and 5 year（P 〈 0.05）. Conclution It can significantly improve the 1, 3 and 5 year survival rates by establishing the treatment of surgery,intraoperative and postoperative regional chemotherapy,combined with traditional Chinese medicine.
