摘　　要：本研究采用文献综述、问卷调查及专家访谈等方法,利用归纳法、演绎法与限定选项法相结合的研究方法,构建了公立医院院长领导力特征。通过研究,得出医院院长领导力特征如下:规划能力、决策能力、创新能力、综合分析能力、沟通协调能力、激励下属、分权和授权、影响力、真诚正直、社会责任感、公平公正、职业精神、团队精神、服务意识和竞争意识等15项特征。By the literature review, questionnaire investigation and expert interview, through the reduction ana deduction method, this study aims to establish the leadership characteristics model of public hospital presidents which includes the following 15 parts： planning capacity, decision-making capacity, innovative capacity, general analyzing capacity, communication and coordination capacity, motivating, decentralization and authorization, influencing, sincerity and honest, social responsibility, fairness, occupational spirit, team spirit, service awareness and competitive awareness,etc.
