摘 要:以Cr2 O3为指示物 ,以 70 %基础饲料和 30 %的待测饲料原料组成试验饲料 ,测定尼罗罗非鱼对 13种饲料原料的蛋白质和必需氨基酸的表观消化率。以有效必需氨基酸含量计算了饲料原料中蛋白质的必需氨基酸指数 ,并和鱼体必需氨基酸含量进行比较 ,评价了饲料原料蛋白质对尼罗罗非鱼的营养价值。结果表明 ,氨基酸总量消化率和蛋白质消化率接近 ;秘鲁鱼粉、大豆粕和玉米蛋白质的有效必需氨基酸指数均在70 %以上 ,其营养价值分别是动物蛋白、植物蛋白和能量饲料原料中最高的 ;酵母饲料的营养价值在所有饲料原料中最低 ;血粉和羽毛粉的营养价值较低 (只高于酵母饲料 ) ;The apparent digestibility of proteins and essential amino acids of 13 ingredients in test diets, consisting of 70% reference diet and 30% test ingredients, were determined for O.niloticus with body weight of (7.2±0.6)g, using Cr 2O 3 as indicator. The nutritional value of protein in these ingredients were evaluated by taking the available essential amino acid indices calculated from available essential amino acids as standard and comparing the contents of the available essential amino acid in the ingredients with those in the fish body. The results show that digestibility of total amino acid content approach protein digestibility in each ingredient.The available essential amino acid indices of protein in fish meal (Peru),soybean meal and corn exceed 70%and its nutritional values are the highest among animal protein, plant protein and energy feed ingredients respectively. And the nutritional value of yeast is the lowest of all and those of blood meal and feather meal are only higher than that of yeast. Although the nutritional values of other feed ingredients are different, they are all rather high.
