EFFECTS OF A CRUDE ENZYME PREPARATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF DIGESTIVE ORGANS IN GOSLINGS

摘  要:选用 1 8只 7日龄雏鹅 ,随机分成对照组和试验两组。饲以大麦 (占 45 % )基础日粮 ,试验组添加 0 .1 %的Bioky owa粗酶制剂。实验期为 7~ 2 1日龄 ,2 1日龄时宰杀 ,称量消化腺和消化道重量 ,并测定小肠食糜上清液的粘度。结果显示 :与对照组相比较 ,试验组雏鹅胰腺和肝脏的相对重量较对照组分别轻 31 .2 5 % (P <0 .0 1 )和 9.75 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,胃 (肌胃 +腺胃 )较对照组低 1 0 .79% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,十二指肠、空肠和回肠较对照组分别低 9.5 2 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,2 .2 9% (P >0 .0 5 )和 1 8.1 8% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,盲肠相对重量变化差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;各段小肠食糜上清液粘夜粘度均显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结果表明 :粗酶制剂通过降解大麦日粮中的 β -葡聚糖等抗营养因子 ,改变食糜的性状 ,降低粘度 。Eighteen 7-day-old goslings were randomly allotted to the control and the enzyme treated groups and reared for 2 weeks before being slaughtered for determination of the weight of their digestive glands and tracts and the viscosity of chyme supernatant in their small intestines. The diet fed to the enzyme treated group contained 45% barley and was supplemented with 0.1% Biokyowa crude enzyme preparation.As compared with the untreated control, the relative weight of pancreatic gland and liver decreased by 31.25% (P<0.01) and 9.75% (P<0.05), that of the stomach (both the stomachus muscularis and the stomachus glandularis) by 10.79% (P<0.05%),and that of the duodenum, the jejunum and the ileum by 9.25% (P<0.05),2.29%(P>0.05) and 18.18% (P<0.05),respectively, while no significant difference was observed in the relative weight of the cecum. The viscosity of chyme supernatant in various sections of the small intestines was lowwer in the enzyme treated group than in the control. It is speculated that the crude enzyme preparation degrades β-glucan and reduces chyme viscosity in the small intestines, thus influencing the development of the digestive organs of the goslings.
