摘　　要：角膜瓣的制作是准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的关键步骤之一。飞秒激光制作角膜瓣的方式与传统的机械刀制瓣相比,其术后视觉质量究竟有无优势,以及不同制瓣方式对视觉质量的影响因素有哪些仍是目前大家非常关注的话题,本文就此方面目前的研究进展作一综述。Flap creation making is one of the most critical steps in the process of LASIC. With the emerging of flap creation performed by femtosecond laser, whether the visual quality is better than that by microkeratome and how the methods of flap creation making affect the visual quality still remain big concerns. This article reviews the advanced acievements on these issues.
