摘　　要：阐述了信息资源共享的特点以及信息资源共享的国际、国内现状,通过对科技论文摘要撰写规范和英译特点的分析,提出了在信息时代如何利用信息资源共享平台实现科技论文摘要撰写及英译的规范化以及规范的论文摘对建立统一、规范数据库的积极影响。This paper, enunciates the characteristics of information resource sharing and discusses its sta- tus quo both at home and abroad. On the basis of an in-depth analysis of the requirements for writing re- search paper abstracts as well as its C-E translation features, the author comes up with certain construc- tive ideas on how to make effective use of the information source sharing platform to achieve this end： stan- dardization of the writing and the exact C-E translation of research paper abstracts in the information age which has a positive impact on the creation of a data bank.
