传统产业企业基层员工信息技术持续使用研究——基于江苏南通纺织业的实证分析

摘　　要：传统产业企业基层员工对于信息技术的持续使用及其影响因素的作用机制是影响传统产业推广信息技术的关键。基于期望确认和信息技术接受理论,以江苏省南通市12家纺织业企业为样本,采用线性和非线性结构方程分析方法进行了实证研究。结果表明期望确认是影响用户信息技术持续使用的重要因素,各变量之间可能存在来自于非对称效应的非线性关系。不同企业所面临的信息化阶段不同而导致的期望之间的差别可能也是导致非线性关系的重要原因。IT usage is one of important path to improve industry performance and update the conventional industry. The issue of IT continuous usage by junior staff is a key to ensure IT usage of conventional indus- try. Based on expectation-confirmation mechanism and technology acceptance theory, this article took ju- nior staff from 12 enterprises of textile industry in Nantong as a sample to conduct an empirical study us- ing both linear and non-linear SEM. The result shows that confirmation of expectation is a critical factor of IT continuous usage by junior staff from conventional industry. There seem to be non-linear relation- ship among constructs in the model. These kinds of relationship could cause by asymmetric effect and dif- ferent IT level of different forms.
