摘  要:目的探讨GS无醛固定液与传统甲醛固定液对不同类型组织的固定效果及抗原性的保存能力。方法临床送检的活体组织标本115例,正常乳腺组织10例、乳腺癌50例、结肠癌20例、肺癌10例、卵巢癌10例、淋巴瘤10例及前列腺癌5例。同一组织,各取2块,分成2组,一组采用GS无醛固定液处理组织;另一组用传统甲醛固定组织,然后对2组所制切片同时进行免疫组化染色,比较两种制片方法对免疫组化染色结果的影响。结果两种固定法所制切片免疫组化染色效果基本相同,阳性结果定位清晰、准确。结论 GS无醛固定液对组织的形态及组织内的抗原成分保存良好,它可以替代传统甲醛作为病理科常规组织固定液使用。Objective To compare the effects of fixation and preservation of antigenicity between GS formaldehyde-free fixation fluid (GSFFF) and formaldehyde fixation fluid (FFF) in different tissues. Methods Total 115 cases of clinical biopsy specimens, including 10 cases of normal breast, 50 cases of breast cancer, 20 cases of colon cancer, 10 cases of lung cancer, 10 cases of ovarian cancer, 10 cases of lymphoma, and 5 cases of prostate cancer. Two blocks were taken from the same tissue. One was fixed by GSFFF, and the other by FFF. A tissue section was prepared from each case. Immunohistochemical staining (IHC) was performed on every section. The influences of each fixative on IHC were evaluated. Results No obvious difference was found between the results of IHC performed on the sections which were fixed by two different fixative. The positive results of IHC were well staining with accurate localization. Conclusions GSFFF could preserve the structure and antigenicity of tissues as well as traditional FFF. It might be routinely used as fixative instead of FFF in the pathology laboratory.
