摘  要:目的探讨点阵CO2激光和Nd∶YAG激光(准长脉宽1 064nm波长)照射对小鼠皮肤HSP47、HSP70及TGF-β1的影响,进一步明确其在真皮重塑中可能的作用机制。方法点阵CO2激光和Nd∶YAG激光照射小鼠背部脱毛皮肤,分别在照射后2周、1个月以及3个月取材,应用免疫组化检测皮肤HSP47、HSP70及TGF-β1的动态变化,并比较两种激光照射作用的差异。结果点阵CO2激光和Nd∶YAG激光照射区在3个时间点HSP47、HSP70及TGF-β1的平均灰度值均较相应对照区低;点阵区灰度值低于长脉宽区,即阳性表达较高,差别均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论点阵CO2激光和Nd∶YAG激光照射后HSP47、HSP70及TGF-β1的表达增加,提示其直接参与了真皮重塑,点阵CO2激光改善效果较Nd∶YAG激光更为明显。Objective To investigate the effects of fractional CO2 laser and Nd ∶ YAG laser(long-pulse of 1 064 nm) exposure on HSP47,HSP70 and TGF-β1 in the skin of aging mice,and to further explore the possible mechanisms for dermis remodeling.Methods Fractional CO2 laser and Nd ∶ YAG laser irradiated the dehaired skin on mice back.After 2-week,1-month and 3-month irradiation,skin tissues in the exposure area and control area were obtained for immunohistochemical detection of HSP47,HSP70 and TGF-β1;their dynamic changes were analyzed;and the effects of fractional CO2 laser and Nd ∶ YAG laser were compared.Results Both fractional CO2 laser and Nd ∶ YAG laser promoted the production of HSP47,HSP70 and TGF-β1 in the skin on the exposed areas at the 3 time points.Fractional CO2 laser exposure led to lower average gray value than in the Nd ∶ YAG laser area,that is,it had significantly higher expressions than Nd ∶ YAG laser(P0.05).Conclusion Fractional CO2 laser and Nd ∶ YAG laser exposure enhances the expressions of HSP47,HSP70 and TGF-β1,indicating that they are directly involved in dermis remodeling.Fractional CO2 laser is more effective than Nd ∶ YAG laser.
