摘  要:目的探讨冬虫夏草(CS)对制动大鼠肌肉萎缩的对抗作用。方法对大鼠实施后肢制动或同时加用CS干预,检测比目鱼肌(SOL)梭内、外肌纤维肌球蛋白重链(MHC)的表达,观察其形态与梭外肌纤维构成比的变化。结果①制动14d后,SOL与体重的比值及其Ⅰ型肌纤维所占比率呈下降趋势,Ⅱ型肌纤维所占比率明显增加,梭内肌纤维MHC的表达有所增强;②制动加CS组与制动组相比,SOL湿重体重比、肌纤维横截面积和Ⅰ型肌纤维的构成比明显上升,Ⅱ型肌纤维的构成比明显下降,梭内肌纤维MHC的表达无明显变化。结论 CS对大鼠废用性肌萎缩具有对抗作用。Objective To study the antagonistic effects of cordyceps(CS) on atrophy of disused muscle of rats under immobilization.Methods Models of disused muscles were established by immobilizing rat hindlimbs.Changes of myosin heavy chain(MHC) expression in intrafusal and extrafusal fibers in soleus muscle were detected.The morphology and the constituent ratio of skeletal muscle fibers were observed.Results ① After the 14-day hindlimb immobilization,the soleus muscle fibers showed an evident shift toward a decreased percentage of type Ⅰ fibers,but an increased percentage of type Ⅱ.The expression of MHC in muscle spindle was increased.② Compared with those in the immobilization group,the soleus muscle fibers in the CS group showed an evident shift toward increased SOL wet weight/weight ratio and cross-section of muscle fibers,and an increased percentage of type Ⅰ fibers,and an decreased percentage of type Ⅱ fibers.The change of MHC expression in muscle spindle was inconspicuous.Conclusion HFV is effective in antagonizing atrophy of rat disused muscle.
