摘 要:目的探讨急性时相蛋白检测在消化系统恶性疾病的临床诊断中的意义。方法采取酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法进行测定2010年2月到2011年2月间收集的50例消化系统恶性疾病患者(研究组)和同期的50例健康体检对象(对照1组)以及同期的50例消化系统良性疾病患者(对照2组)血清中急性时相蛋白的含量,主要包括C反应蛋白(CRP)、α1-酸性糖蛋白(α1-AG)以及仪1抗胰蛋白酶(α1-AT)的浓度。结果研究组患者血清中CRP、α1-AG和α1-AT的浓度均明显的高于对照1组和对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。对照1组和对照2组血清中CRP、α1-AG和α1-AT的浓度比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);在消化系统恶性疾病患者的血清中,临床分期I~Ⅱ期患者的CRP、tα1-AG和α1-AT的浓度明显低于临床Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论检测急性时蛋白有助于消化系统恶性疾病诊断,随着临床分期的不断上升,其急性时相蛋白浓度也相应增加。Objective To explore the significance of detection of acute-phase proteins in the clini- cal diagnosis of malignant diseases of the digestive system. Methods Fifty patients with malignant disea- ses of digestive system adopt enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method between 2010 February to 2011 February were included ( Study Group ) and 50 cases of healthy subjects and the same period ( control group 1 ) and 50 cases of patients with benign diseases of digestive system and the same period ( control group 2) concentration in serum of acute phase proteins, including CRP, α1-AG and α1-AT con- centration. Results Through comparative analysis of three groups of patients in the study group, the ser- um CRP, α1-AG and α1-AT concentrations were significantly higher than that in the control group 1 and control group 2 serum CRP,α1-AG and α1-T concentration, compared with the data of the significant differences ( P 〈 0. 05 ), statistically significant. Control group 1 and control group 2 serum CRP, α1-AG and α1-AT concentration has no significant difference (P 〉0. 05 ) , no statistical significance;in the sera of patients with malignant diseases of the digestive system, clinical stage I -11 CRP, α1-AG and α1-AT concentration was lower than patients with stage CRP, α1-AG and α1-AT concentration, compared with the data of the significant differences (P 〈 0. 05 ), statistically significant. Conclusion The detection of a- cute phase proteins can be effective on malignant diseases of the digestive system in clinical diagnosis, clin- ical staging and with increasing, the phase protein concentration is increasing, has certain significance in the clinical staging of malignant disease in digestive system.
