Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of steroid receptor rcoaetivator-3 ( SRC-3 ) and F-box/WD repeat-containing protein 7 ( FBXW7 ) in cervical carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expressions of SRC-3 and FBXW7 in cervical carcinoma and normal cervical tissues. Results The positive rates of SRC-3 in cervical carcinoma and normal tissue were 33.3% and 10.0% , there was no significant difference( P =0. 083 〉0.05) , but with differentiation degree of cervical carcinoma gradually reduced, SRC-3 expression level had a increasing trend, and the expression of SRC-3 was significantly correlated with differentiation degree, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis( P 〈0.05). The positive rate of FBXW7 in cervical carcinoma and normal tissue was 48.3% and 90. 0% respectively, there was significant difference( P 〈0. 05 ) ; and the expression of FBXW7 was significantly correlated with differentiation degree, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ). And there was a negative correlation of SRC-3 with FBXW7 ( r = - 0. 259, P = 0. 045). Conclusions SRC-3, FBXW7 may be a new indicators and therapeutic targets for early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of cervical cancer.
