摘 要:目的:探讨箱庭疗法对同伴侵害儿童进行心理援助的过程及效果。方法:个案研究法,对一名8岁小学2年级男童进行25次连续个体箱庭治疗,综合使用访谈法和问卷法进行评估。结果:箱庭疗法改善了个案的情绪、学业适应、同伴关系及自尊;个案的箱庭治疗过程分为问题呈现、问题解决、自我探索和自我统合4个阶段;个案长时间不能确认自我像,但一直以特定的玩具象征性地在箱庭中表现,并且经历从消极到积极的变化;咨询关系的变化伴随着箱庭背景的变化。结论:箱庭疗法对同伴侵害儿童的心理援助具有良好效果,并且心理援助过程及机制具有独特性,儿童可能在箱庭中模拟现实,象征性地处理问题,以替代现实应对。Objective: To explore the process and effect of sandplay therapy on children who suffered peer victimiza- tion. Methods: A 8-year old boy suffered peer victimization received 25 sessions individual sandplay therapy, and inter- view survey and questionnaire survey were both used to assess. Results: Sandplay therapy improved the emotion, academ- ic adjustment, peer relationships and self-esteem of the boy. The process of the sandplay therapy included 4 stages: prob- lems presentation, problem-solving, self-exploration and self-integration. The boy used some specific objects representing himself, but could not confirm it consciously for a long time, and the self-representing images changed from negative to positive; The changes of the consulting relationship were represented in the changes of the sandtray background. Conclu- sion: Sandplay therapy is effective for children suffered peer victimization, and has its own therapeutic process and mech- anism. Children may simulate reality in the sandbox, deal with problems symbolically instead of coping realistically.
