摘 要:利用虚拟样机技术对单侧弹射发射试验的故障虚拟复现及其设计改进方案的可行性进行了研究。在建立发射系统多刚体动力学模型、燃气发生器数学模型、关键部件柔性体模型和制动锥简化力学模型的基础上,应用ADAMS软件建立了该弹射发射系统的刚柔耦合多体动力学虚拟样机模型,对弹射发射故障进行了虚拟复现,提出了合理的改进建议,最后利用虚拟样机技术对设计改进方案的可行性进行了评定。通过后续成功弹射试验表明:所建立的虚拟样机模型是准确可靠的,研究结果对发射系统的优化设计具有一定的现实指导意义。The research was made on the virtual replay of failure and the feasibility of the design modification scheme of a one-side ejection launching test using virtual prototype technology. Based on the multi-rigid body dynamic model, gas generator mathematics model, flexible body model of key components and simplified mechanical model of braking cylindrical shells, a rigid-flexible coupling multi- body dynamic virtual prototype model of the launching system was built by means of ADAMS software to achieve the virtual replay of failure in the ejection launching process and reasonable modification was proposed according to the failure replay results. Finally, the evaluation on feasibility of the design modification scheme was made with virtual prototype technology. The success of subsequent ejection launching tests indicates the built virtual prototype model is accurate and reliable and the research results have important significance for the optimization of launching systems.
