摘　　要：对软件工程系列课程的实验教学和考试进行改革,建设了IBM Rational综合实验平台,将"重过程、轻结果"的实验考核机制作为改革方案应用到考试环节。实践证明,实验教学的改革是成功的,新的考核机制极大地提高了学生的积极性和教学效果。Innovation of experiment teaching and examination has been established, as well as the IBM Rational compositive exper- iment platform. During the examination link, experiment exami- nation mechanism of ＂emphasis of process while ignorance of re- sult＂ is applied as reform scheme. Practice proves that the reform of experiment teaching is successfully, in addition, the improved examination mechanism strongly heightens students＇ positivity and teaching efficiency.
