摘　　要：本科毕业生面临的就业压力日趋增大,要提升本科毕业生的就业竞争力需从大学生入学开始提高学生理论文化水平之外,还着重培养大学生的表达能力、交际能力、创新能力、协作能力、分析解决问题的能力,提高学生获取知识、更新知识等能力,夯实学生自身水平。Undergraduate college graduates are facing with more and more severe employment pressure. In order to improve their employment competitiveness, in addition to the improvement of their theoretical knowledge at school, we should also focus on the cultivation of their ability- of expression, communication, innova- tion, cooperation, problem analysis and solving, as well as the cultivation of their ability of acquiring and updating knowledge.
