乳腺癌组织中Survivin、COX-2和bFGF的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究抗凋亡基因(Survivin)、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在乳腺癌组织和正常乳腺组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:用免疫组化方法检测60例乳腺癌组织和15例正常乳腺组织中Survivin、COX-2和bFGF的表达,并分析其与乳腺癌的临床病理特征的关系及三者间的相关性。结果:在乳腺癌组织中Survivin、COX-2、bFGF阳性表达率分别为71.67%、58.33%、61.67%,显著高于正常乳腺组织中的0%、0%、6.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);三者阳性表达与淋巴结转移和TNM分期相关(P<0.05);与年龄、绝经情况、肿瘤大小及病理类型无关(P>0.05);COX-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达与Survivin、bFGF的表达呈正相关(P<0.05),Survivin在乳腺癌组织中的表达也与bFGF表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin、COX-2和bFGF可能在乳腺癌的发生及发展中有一定协同作用,联合检测三者可协助反映乳腺癌生物学行为,对评估乳腺癌患者的预后有一定的临床意义。Objective： To explore the expression and significance of survivin, COX-2 and bFGF in breast cancer tissues and normal breast tissues. Methods： The expression of survivin,COX-2 and bFGF in 15 cases of normal breast tissues and 60 cases of breast cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method. Their relationship with clinical pathologic features, and the correlation be- tween these three markers were analyzed. Results： The positive rates of survivin, COX-2 and bFGF in breast cancer was 71.67%, 58. 33% and 61.67%, respectively. While that in normal breast tissues was 0% ,0% ,6. 67%, respectively, and the difference was sta- tistically significant（P 〈0. 01 ）. Survivin , COX-2 and bFGF expressions were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage （P 〈 0. 05）. But no correlation was found with age, menopause, tumor size and pathological types （ P 〉 0. 05）. The expression of COX- 2 was positively correlated with survivin and bFGF （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, There was a positive correlation between survivin expression and bFGF expression. Conclusion： The expressions of survivin, COX-2 and bFGF are significantly correlated with the occurrence and develop- merit of breast cancer. Detection of them may act as one of efficient factors to indicate biological behavior and prognosis of breast cancer.
