摘　　要：突飞猛进的全民医保事业特别是转变发展方式、建设"质量医保"的要求,迫切需要加强医保监管,以确保基金安全和充分发挥其使用效率。而建设满足实时性、高效性、准确性和为决策服务的信息化稽核监管系统已成为我们的必然选择。医保稽核监管系统建设要与稽核队伍的专业化、人员编制等相匹配。Rapid advancement in universal healthcare have brought about the urgent need forstrengthened supervision in order to ensure me security and efficient use of funds. Especially with the shift towards ＂quality care＂in development .We have no choice but to build a timely, efficient, and accurate informatization system for auditing and supervision. This system must be matched with a professional auditing team and personnel management system.
