摘　　要：目的探讨IL-6、STAT3表达对喉癌患者预后影响因素。方法选择40例喉鳞状细胞癌患者,采用免疫组化SP法检测患者肿瘤组织和癌旁正常组织的IL-6、STAT3蛋白表达情况。结果随访1年,发现IL-6和STAT3均阳性表达的27例患者中16例预后较差,占59.3%。IL-6、STAT3蛋白阳性表达率在TNM分期、淋巴结转移两个方面存在显著差异。结论 IL-6、STAT3蛋白表达与肿瘤的发生、发展以及预后密切相关。Objective To investigate influence factors of IL-6, STAT3 expression on the prognosis of patients with la ryngeal cancer. Methods Forty cases patients with laryngeal cancer were selected, streptavidin-Peroxidase （S-P） im- munohisto-chemical technique was used to examined the expression of IL-6 and Stat3 in tumor tissue and adjacent normal tissue. Results After 1 year follow-up, 16 of 27 cases patients with IL-6, STAT3 positive expression had poor prognosis. IL-6, STAT3 positive expression rate had significant difference in TNM stage, lymph node metastasis. Con- clusion IL-6 and STAT3 protein expression are closely related to tumor occurrence, development and prognosis.
