血管源性轻度认知障碍中医核心术语在不同人群中应答情况研究

摘　　要：目的就不同人群临床应答情况验证、优化血管源性轻度认知障碍中医核心术语。方法通过对945例有认知障碍主诉或家属代诉患者的调查,现场收集信息,采用卡方分析、信度分析的方法验证、优化血管源性轻度认知障碍中医核心术语。结果验证并优化出"转盼遗忘""多忘善误""神思不聚""持筹握算差""言语懒、重复、言善误""言辞颠倒、贫乏""忧愁思虑""庶事皆废""居暗避人""思维反应迟钝""懒动嗜卧""日间静则瞌睡、夜间躁扰不宁"12项核心术语,"多疑寡断"需进行进一步论证及临床再验证。结论 12项核心术语能较好的体现血管源性轻度认知障碍患者的状态,所有术语与痴呆术语及西医术语有较好的区分,可用于其症状描述。Objective To verify and optimize the core terminology of traditional Chinese medicine on vascular mild cognitive impairment for the response in different groups. Methods By the investigation of the chief complains of the patients and the explanation of the relatives for 945 cases of cognitive impairment, the information was collected on the scene. The chi - square analysis and reliability analysis method were adopted to verify and optimize the core terminology of traditional Chinese medicine for vascular mild cognitive impairment. Results Twelve core terms were verified and optimized, including＂ memory loss＂, ＂misunderstanding＂, ＂absent mind＂, ＂poor behavior＂, ＂disliking speech, word repetition, mis - speaking＂, ＂illogical and poor words＂, ＂sorrow and worries＂, ＂disability＂, ＂keeping away from crowd＂, ＂disliking movement, somnolence＂,＂ drowsiness at daytime and restlessness at night＂. For the term, ＂suspiciousness and hesitant decision＂, a further discussion and clinical re - verification was required. Conclusion The twelve core terms better reflect the state of the patients with vascular mild cognitive impairment. All of these terms distinguish from the terminoloav of dementia and western medicine and can he used for the symptom description.
