摘　　要：为进一步提高我国手球的训练质量,本文采用文献资料法、调查法和访问法探讨手球训练的方法。针对调查结果中,我国现阶段手球训练存在的问题,提出了加强对手球基本理念的认识、合理用球、合理改变场地、规则的方法,以全面提高我国手球的理念和训练质量。In order to further improve the quality of our handball training, using the method of the literature, survey and access, it researches the method of the handball training. Based on these findings that the problems of the present stage handball training, it proposes to strengthen the understanding of the basic philosophy, reasonably use the ball, reasonable and rational change of venue, hales for improving China＇s Handball ideas and the quality of training.
