磁敏感加权成像在评价脑深部肿瘤复发中的应用前景

摘　　要：目的探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)在脑深部肿瘤复发中的应用前景。方法回顾性分析该院2010年9月至2012年12月脑深部肿瘤患者(所有患者均经手术或病理证实并确诊)的临床资料,将采用常规MRI检查的患者分为对照组,采用SWI检查的患者分为实验组,术后分别进行两种检查的随访,观察并记录二者的测量参数以及术后恢复效果。结果 SWI检测较MRI检查可以有效地检测出血以及肿瘤残存情况。结论 SWI检查技术可以检测出MRI检测不出的出血情况及新生血管情况,对于脑深部肿瘤的复发均有较高的应用价值。Objective To discuss application prospect of magnetic sensitive weighted imaging（SWI） in the deep brain tumor recurrence. Methods Retrospective analysis in September 2010 to December 2012 the deep brain tumors（all of the patients after surgery and pathology and diagnosis） clinical material, will use the conventional MRI of the patients were divided into control group, the SWI inspection, the patients were divided into group are two kinds of inspection follow-up, observe and record the measurement parameters and postoperative recovery effect. Results The SWI detection a MRI can detect bleeding and tumor survival situation. Conclusion The SWI inspection technology can detect MRI detection of bleeding and new blood vessels in the brain, deep tumor recurrence all have high application value.
