单根管与多根管铸造桩核用于磨牙残冠修复的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较分析单根管与多根管铸造桩核用于磨牙残冠修复的临床治疗效果。方法选取2011年3月—2012年3月在该院修复磨牙残冠的患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组23例患者,采用单根管铸造桩核冠治疗;对照组27例患者,采用多根管铸造桩核冠治疗,修复后1年对患者进行随访,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组单根管铸造桩核3个松动,占10%;对照组多根管铸造桩核2个松动,约占6.7%,两组患者松动情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者除了松动的桩核外,其它的在X线片检查下桩核与根管均结合紧密,修复体使用情况良好,不影响吞咽和咀嚼。结论单根管桩核修复磨牙残冠效果良好,与多根管治疗效果没有明显差异,但单根管比多根管操作程序简单方便,值得临床广泛运用。Objective Comparative analysis of single tube and a plurality of pipe casting post and core used in the clinical treatment effect of molar residual crown repair. Methods From 2011 March to 2012 March in 50 patients with residual crown molar in this hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. The observation group of 23 patients, using a single tube casting in treatment of pile nuclear crown; the control group of 27 patients, using a plurality of pipe casting treatment of pile nuclear crown repair, one year after the patients were followed-up, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results The group of single pipe casting post and core 3 loose, accounted for 10%; the control group of a plurality of pipe casting post and core 2 loose, accounting for about 6.7% of patients in the two groups were compared, loose no significant statistical difference（P＆gt;0.05）, two groups of patients in addition to pile nuclear loose, the other in the X-ray inspection of nuclear and root pile pipe are combined tightly, repair the use of good, does not affect the swallowing and chewing. Conclusion A single dowel-core repair of molar residual crown and root canal therapy effect is good, difference is not obvious, but the single tube Biduogen tube operation procedure is simple and convenient, worthy of clinical application.
