摘　　要：高职教育旨在培养符合实践要求的应用型人才,侧重对学生实践能力的培养和考核。而要实现这一目的,就要通过就业导向的教学改革,建立就业导向下的实践教学体系。本文通过对"就业导向"的分析梳理,以及高职营销专业的实践教学现状分析,从而基于就业导向重新构建实践教学体系,以期对高职教育发展有所裨益。The Higher vocational education aims to cultivate applied talents with practical requirements, focusing on training and assessing the students＂ practical ability. To achieve this purpose, it would reform the teaching system through employment-oriented. In this paper, through the analysis of ＂employment orientation＂, and the analysis of higher vocational marketing professional practice teaching situation, and constructs the practice teaching system based on employment orientation, in order to benefit the development of Higher Vocational education.
