摘　　要：目的分析老年性肺结核的临床特点及预后影响因素,探索提高其治疗效果及预后的有效措施。方法收集右江民族医学院附属医院2008年6月~2011年2月收治的60岁以上的老年性肺结核患者178例,对其临床特点进行回顾性分析,采用非条件多因素Logistic回归分析老年性肺结核的预后影响因素。结果老年性肺结核症状体征不典型,合并症多,病情复杂,治疗效果不够理想。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,影响其预后的主要因素有：有无合并症（OR=0.23）、初治/复治（OR=4.56）、用药依从性（OR=7.45）、是否为重症（OR=0.16）、是否及时治疗（OR=3.37）。结论老年性肺结核症状体征不典型,治疗难度较大,预后影响因素较多,需采取多种措施以改善该病预后。【Objective】 To analyze the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of pulmonary tuberculosis so as to improve its diagnosis and therapy.【Methods】 To collect the data of 178 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis aged over 60 years who seek medical advice in our hospital during June,2008 to February,2011.Those cases were analyzed retrospectively to find the Clinical characteristics and prognostic factors with Logistic.【Results】 The clinical symptoms and signs of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were non-specific,being complicated and with lots of complications.Logistic analysis showed that the main prognostic factors were complications（OR=0.23）,initial treatment/ re-treatment（OR=4.56）,medication compliance（OR=7.45）,the severity of illness（OR=0.16）,treatment timely（OR=3.37）.【Conclusion】 The clinical symptoms and signs of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were non-specific,and the treatment is difficult with lots of prognostic factors.Comprehensive treatments should be used to improve the diagnosis and curative effect.
