摘 要:通过查明河南省制盐企业所用卤水中异味物质的成分和结构 ,采用了卤水吸附法、气脱法、酸性条件下的蒸发法、絮凝法、化学法 (除味剂 )及干盐吸附法等除异味方法 ,经反复试验和对比检测 ,确定了最有效的除异臭味方法———化学法 (除味剂 ) .它最终在工业生产线上解决了精制盐的异臭味问题 ,生产出了没有异臭味的优质精制碘盐 ,每吨干盐的除异臭味成本仅 1元左右 .同时 ,为进一步降低除异臭味的成本提出了建设性的建议 .The composition and structure of the peculiar smell materials in the brine used by the manufacturing salt enterprices of Henan province have been investigated.The brine adsorptive process,air separating,evarating,flocculation,chemical (eliminating smell preparation),the dry salt adsorptive and some other eliminating peculiar smell methods have been used by several tests and comparative investigation.It has finally determined that the most effective method for eliminating peculiar ordor smell is chemical method.This method has solved the problem of peculiar ordor smell in refined salt.And the good quality organic iodic salt is produced.In this way,the cost of eliminating peculiar ordor smell for dry salt is only about one yuan per ton.Some suggestion for decreasing the cost of eliminating the peculiar ordor smell have been put forward.
