摘 要:为研究植物油与NOMEX纸组成的油纸绝缘系统在通入干燥空气条件下的热老化特性,并为新型油纸绝缘系统应用于开放式变压器提供一定的参考,对BIOTEMP油(植物油)、NOMEX纸和3042纸板构成的油纸绝缘试品在通入干燥空气与170°C环境中开展了216h的加速热老化试验研究。测量并记录了老化过程中纸板的聚合度、NOMEX纸的抗拉强度、油中糠醛质量浓度、油中酸值和含水质量分数等老化特征参数,系统分析了各参数随老化时间的变化规律、参数间联系及原因,并与矿物油的试验结果进行了细致的对比。研究发现,纸板聚合度的下降规律符合二阶动力学模型,而NOMEX纸的抗拉强度随着老化的进行略有增加;油中和纸中的含水质量分数先增加后减少,而纸板中含水质量分数则呈波动状态;油中糠醛质量浓度与纸板聚合度有较好的半对数-线性关系;油中酸值、油击穿电压以及油介质损耗因数可用于评估植物油在通入干燥空气条件下的热老化状态。In order to explore the thermal aging properties of oil-paper insulation composed of vegetable oil and NOMEX paper in controlled dry air, and to provide reference for the application of new types of oil-paper insulation in open types of transformers, accelerated thermal aging tests with controlled dry air injection was performed at 170 ~C for 216 h. The oil-paper insulation samples were composed of BIOTEMP oil(vegetable oil), NOMEX paper, and 3042 pressboard. Some aging parameters, including degree of polymerization(DP) of pressboard, tensile strength of NOMEX paper, furfural concentration of oil, and acid number and water content of oil, were measured and recorded during the aging process. The variations of the parameters against the aging time, the correlation among these parameters, and the explanations for them were analyzed systematically. Furthermore, the results were compared with those of mineral oil in detail It is found that the decrease of DP of pressboard fits into the second-order kinetic model; the tensile strength of NOMEX paper increases slightly with the development of aging; the moisture content of oil and paper initially increases and then decreases, however, the moisture content of pressboard fluctuates; the logarithm of the furfural concentration in oil is in a good linear relationship with DP of pressboard; the acid value, breakdown voltage and dissipation factor of oil can be applied to evaluate the condition of accelerated thermal aging of vegetable oil with controlled dry air injection.
