社区老年心脑血管疾病患者自我管理现状及影响因素分析

Methods Questionnaire survey concerning the self- management, self-efficacy, and social support was performed in 612 community elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases. Results The self-management score was 1.9 ± 0.6 and the self-management scores were quite different in patients with various disease history, hospitalization historyand living conditions. Self-efficacy and social support were primary influencing factors for self-management （β = 0.40,P 〈 0.001 ; β= 0.35, P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusions The impact of self-efficacy and social support should be paid more attention among the cardiovascular disease management. The intervention improving the level of self-management aiming the disease control would be one of the import tasks of community nursing.
