摘　　要：运用问卷调查法对湖北医科大学学生从事裁判工作的动机进行调查 ,经过统计分析得出学生从事裁判工作动机的多样性以及各项间的差异性。了解学生的思想状况和学习动机 ,为今后的教学、竞赛提供一些借鉴。A method of questionnaire applied to investigate the motivation of the students at Hubei Medical University who go in for the referee′s work is presented in this paper.Conclusion could be drawn from the analysis of statistics:there is diverse and differential in motivation.The experience of understanding the students′ thoughts and the motivations of their word could be used for reference in our future teaching and contest.
