摘  要:为缓解医院门诊药房窗口排队拥堵和纠纷频发现象,通过剖析门诊药房后台摆药现状与患者排队等待心理,借鉴银行排队模式,再造取药流程,减少摆药窗口篮框堆积,加快取药速度,提高服务效率和质量,提高患者满意度。In order to ease the problems as queuing congestion and frequent disputes in pharmacy window in outpatient department, the present situation of medicine deployment in pharmacy in the outpatient department and the psychology of the waiting patient were analyzed. And according to the queuing model in the bank, the process of medicine service process was reengineered, thus to reduce the baskets accumulation in the pharmacy window and advance the service speed.
