摘　　要：提出首尾差循环矩阵的概念,利用多项式矩阵的初等变换理论给出了首尾差循环矩阵求逆阵及广义逆的一种快速算法。The definitions of the minus of the first and the last circulant matrices are proposed. A fastand algorithm which can be used to compute the inverse and generlized inverse of the minus of the first and the last circulant matrices is presented by the elementary row transformation of polynomial matrix.
