摘　　要：地方高校作为培养人才的摇篮,需要与区域经济发展紧密联系。地方高校在进行科学研究的同时,根据区域经济的特点培养具备创新性及多种能力的高级服务人才,服务于社会发展。区域经济的发展势必增加了对高层次人才的需求,本文针对这种情况对全日制工程硕士的培养模式进行了进一步探索,以期使其更好地服务于区域经济发展。As there are increasing demands for high-level talents in of regional economies development,this paper probes into the training model for train full-time engineering students,aimed at making it more suitable for regional economic development. This study is centered on,characteristics of the regional economic development of Tianjin and based on university-enterprise joint training mode for high-level talents needed by enterprises.
