摘　　要：目的分析腹膜后腹腔镜手术治疗。肾上腺肿瘤的安全性及有效性。方法回顾分析2004年1月至2011年12月南方医科大学附属南海医院89例行腹膜后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的临床资料。结果88例手术成功，1例中转开放手术。平均手术时间80（30～160）min，平均术中出血80（20～400）ml。术中、术后均未输血。术后平均随访16（3～36）个月，均无远期并发症及肿瘤复发。结论后腹腔镜下施行。肾上腺肿瘤手术具有安全可靠、损伤小、出血少及恢复快等优点，术者的经验、技术水平及对适应证的正确把握是手术成功的关键。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects and safety of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal tumor. Methods The clinical data of 89 patients（37 male, 52 female, 21-69 years old）with adrenal tumors undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy in Southern Medical University Affiliated Nanhai Hospital from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 88 cases were successfully performed while 1 case were converted to open procedures. The operation duration was from 30 to 160 mins, with 80 mins as the average. Intraoperative blood loss was from 20 to 400 ml, with 80 ml as the average. None of them received blood transfusion because of massive hemorrhage. All cases were followed up for 3 to 36 months. None of them had long-term complications or recurrence. Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal tumors is a safe and minimally invasive procedure with quick recovery. Experienced laparoscopic surgeon and cor- rect selection of operative indications are very important for its success.
