摘　　要：现代高职院校制度是指依据我国高等职业教育方针建立起来的,适应我国经济社会发展要求、符合高素质技术技能型人才成长规律和特点,能有效处理政府、社会与高职院校之间以及高职院校内部各种关系的规程、行动准则或规范体系。现代高职院校制度具有政校分开、管办分离;社会多元参与、治理结构完善;以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向等基本特性。构建现代高职院校制度必须坚持以科学的理念为先导,正确处理高职院校与政府、社会的关系,建立科学的学校内部运行及管理机制,尊重高职院校的内在本质和逻辑,引入市场机制,并立足本土。Modern vocational college system is rules cording , behavior standards and standard systems to the vocational education policy, which adapts to the requirements of economic and that is built up acsocial development, comforms to growth laws and features of high-quality technical-skilled talents and effectively deals with the various relationships among government, society and vocational colleges.Modern vocational college system has the following features： separation betweem government and college, separation of management from operation, diversification participation, improvement of governance structure, which is for the purpose of service and oriented of employment .To build a modern system of vocational college, we should adhere to take the scientific concepts as pilot, correctly handle the relationship among vocational college, government and society, establish a scientific mechanism of college operation and management, respect the internal essence and logic of vocational college,introducef market mechanisms, and be based on the local community.
