摘　　要：自2012年以来90后毕业生成为高校毕业生的主流,90后毕业生的就业形势不容乐观,这就为高校进行就业课程指导时带来了挑战。因此如何根据90后学生的特点,进行有针对性的就业指导,帮助大学生做好职业生涯规划,提高综合素质,学会专业知识,为顺利就业打下坚实的基础成了目前各高校毕业班的首要任务。Since 2012, the graduates after 1990s have become the main body of college graduates and their employment situ- ations were not ideal, which produced a huge challenge for colleges＇ employment guidance courses. Therefore, how to carry out targeted guidance according to their characteristics, help them make good career plans, improve their comprehensive qualities and make them learn professional knowledge well so as to lay a solid foundation for their smooth employment has become the primary task of graduating classes in each college and university.
