摘 要:合成β-CD-中性红包合物,研究其在盐酸介质中与NO2-的亚硝化反应。结果表明,在盐酸介质中,NO2-在0-120μg/L范围之内与荧光猝灭程度成正比,常见的共存离子不干扰其测定。所拟方法用于食品中NO2-的测定,结果满意。An inclusion complex was prepared via synthesis of β-CD and neutral red envelope and the reaction of this complex with nitrite in hydrochloric acid was investigated.The results showed that,in hydrochloric acid,the inclusion complex can directly react with nitrite.The detection limit and relative standard deviation were within the rage of 0-120 μg/L,the NO2-content showed a linear relation with the fluorescence quenching spectrum.Common coexisting ions did not interfere with its determination.The proposed method can be used for water samples in the determination of nitrite with satisfactory results.
