摘　　要：介绍了开放性化学实验——表面活性剂修饰碳糊电极测定复方芦丁片中芦丁和抗坏血酸含量的实验教学设计的指导思想和内容。在教学中结合科研工作,不仅可以使学生掌握电化学分析的基础知识,同时可以拓展学生思路,培养学生的创新能力。This paper describes an opening experiment： simultaneous determination of rutin and ascorbic acid in compound rutin tablets using carbon paste electrode modified with surfactant. The guiding ideology and experiment contents of the teaching design of the experiment are introduced. This experiment associated with our new achievements in scientific research can help not students only learn the basic knowledge of electroanalytical chemistry, but also expand their ideas and cultivate their creative ability.
