Dynamic Monitoring of Ice Flood Process Based on Combination of Multi-Satellite and Multi-Source Data in the Yellow River

摘  要:依据2002—2012年黄河凌汛灾害遥感动态监测实践,阐述了充分利用不同时期在轨运行卫星特点,采用多星多源数据组合动态监测黄河凌汛进程的内容、方法、主要技术和实施成果。结果表明:①多星多源数据组合可充分利用不同时期在轨运行卫星的数据特点,实现对黄河凌汛的日宏观动态监测、重点时段的精细监测和灾害突发时的准实时监测,能有效监测黄河凌汛发展进程,为防凌决策提供依据;②HJ-1A/B星、中国遥感卫星(3号、5号)CBERS-01/02等国产高分辨率卫星能有效进行黄河冰凌灾害的精细监测,特别是CBERS-02B具有侧摆编程快速获取数据功能,是进行突发灾害应急监测的理想数据源。Based on the practice of remote sensing dynamic monitoring on ice flood disasters in the Yellow River from 2002 to 2012,this paper elaborated the content,method,major technique and implementation results of dynamic monitoring on the ice flood process by taking full advantage of the characteristics of satellites in orbit in different periods and the combination of multi-satellite and multi-source data.The results show that: 1)the combination of multi-satellite and multi-source data can take full advantage of the data characteristics of satellites in orbit in different periods,realize daily macro-dynamic monitoring,precise monitoring on key periods and quasi real-time monitoring on ice flood disaster burst and effectively monitor the development process of ice flood in the Yellow River,which provides a basis for the decision making of ice disaster control;2)some high resolution satellites made in China,such as HJ-1A/B,China remote sensing satellite(No.3 and No.5) and CBERS-01/02,can be effectively used for precise monitoring on ice flood disasters in the Yellow River.Specially,the CBERS-02B satellite has side swing programming and fast data acquisition function,which is ideal data source of sudden disaster emergency monitoring.
