摘  要:采用模态频率响应的方法进行半挂车车架疲劳寿命预测。在Msc.Patran中对车架进行模态频率响应分析;在ADAMS/Car中建立整车多体动力学模型,采用D级路面,对其进行仿真分析,从而获得车架各连接点的载荷时间历程,并将动态载荷转换成功率谱密度。结合动态载荷分析与有限元分析结果,基于Dirlik方法分析得到车架疲劳寿命和最危险点的寿命值。计算结果证明了基于模态频率响应分析的疲劳分析方法能够快捷、有效地预测随机动态载荷下的半挂车车架的疲劳寿命。Fatigue life calculation for the semi-trailer frame was achieved using the modal frequency response analysis method. The modal frequency response analysis on the frame was finished in Msc. Patran. The vehicle multi-body dynamics model was established in ADAMS/Car, the simulation analysis was conducted based on the D grade road, the load time history of each connection point of the frame was obtained, and the dynamic load was transferred into power spectrum density. Combined with the dynamic load analysis and the results of finite element analysis, the frame fatigue life and the most dangerous point in the life value analysis were obtained based on the Dirlik method. The calculation results show that the fatigue life of semi-trailer frame under random dynamic load can he quickly and effectively predicted based on modal frequency response analysis of fatigue method.
