摘　　要：新形势下高校学生管理工作如何与时俱进,如何开展好高校大学生管理,对大学生的健康成长至关重要。高校大学生管理工作是一项讲究管理技巧的工作,是对管理者的新要求和新挑战。在社会转型期培养创新型人才,发挥高校大学生管理的作用,是高校面临的一个重大课题。How to develop college student management and how to keep pace with the times are very important to the healthy growth of college students. It requires managing skills if you want to do a good job in university students management,which is a new requirement and challenge for university students supervisors. In the social transformation time, it＇s a great project facing the universities how to cultivate innovative talents by way of giving full play to university student management.
