摘　　要：参考咨询服务工作是图书馆的一项基本业务工作,是为读者服务的重要环节,当前专升本高校图书馆参考咨询工作开展得不够理想,如何开展和完善此项工作,是专升本高校图书馆当前工作的重点之一。Offering consulting service and reference to readers is its basic and important work for a library.However,such kind of work has not been sufficiently launched at present.How to implement and improve it is a priority for graduate colleges upgraded from vocational colleges at the present stage.
