益肺清化颗粒治疗非小细胞肺癌研究进展

摘　　要：肺癌已成为首位恶性肿瘤死亡原因,其中85%以上的肺癌为非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC),约85%以上在确诊时已经是中晚期而失去根治性手术治疗,主要依靠化疗和生物靶向治疗,但化疗及生物靶向治疗费用昂贵、副作用大,益肺清化颗粒是国家"七五"攻关课题"益气养阴、清热解毒之剂治疗NSCLC的临床与实验研究"的研究成果,前期研究表明,益肺清化颗粒对中晚期肺癌患者具有改善症状、增强体质、减轻化疗引起的毒副作用,提高生活质量、稳定瘤灶、延长生存期等作用。文章旨在对益肺清化颗粒治疗NSCLC的研究进展做一综述。Lung cancer has become the first cause of death of malignant tumors, of which more than 85% of lung cancer is non-small cell lung cancer, about more than 85% at the time of diagnosis has been radical surgery in late and lost, rely mainly on chemotherapy and biological targeted therapy, but chemotherapy and biological targeted treatment are expensive and have side effects. Yifei Qinghua Granular is the Research Results of the Country ＇75＇ Research Topic ＇Therapy of Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin Heat-clearing and Detoxicating in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Clinical and Experimental Research＇. Pre-research shows that Yifei Qinghua Granular can improve the symptoms, enhance the constitution, reduce chemotherapy-induced side effects, and improve the quality of life, suppress tumor growth and prolong survival time in patients with advanced lung cancer. This article aims to do a rewiew of Yifei Qinghua Granular research progress in the treatment of non- small cell lung cancer.
